Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Pulse. By creating an account you agree to the terms below.

Pulse provides SMS infrastructure — mobile numbers, alphanumeric sender IDs, and outbound/inbound messaging APIs — to UK businesses for use with their own applications and contact lists.

1. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API tokens confidential, and for all activity carried out under your team's account. Pulse may suspend access to investigate suspected misuse.

2. Acceptable use

You will use Pulse only to send messages to recipients who have given you permission to contact them, and only in a manner permitted by the Ofcom General Conditions, PECR, the UK MEF Code of Practice, and applicable carrier policies. You will not send spam, phishing, fraud, or unlawful content.

3. Compliance review

Sender profiles and alphanumeric senders are subject to a compliance review. Pulse may reject or revoke a profile or sender at any time based on the review outcome or on information supplied by our upstream carrier partners.

4. Fees and billing

Fees are published on the Pulse pricing page and are exclusive of VAT. Charges accrue as messages are sent and received, and invoices are issued each calendar month in arrears.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Pulse may terminate these terms if you breach them, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or for regulatory reasons.

6. Liability

Pulse is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your team's billing contact.
